New optical fiber dyeing machine

In March 2019, a new machine for dyeing and labeling of optical fiber was installed at the KCEP production site.
The innovation of this equipment is that earlier the dyeing of the fiber and its labeling was carried out by separate operations, now we can perform dyeing and labeling in one operation, which doubles the machine’s performance.
The control is implemented on the basis of a central processor with a system of sensors and regulators, which guarantees the stability of the technological process.
New equipment allows to dye and label all types of optical fibers, including fibers with a diameter of 200 microns.
