Обязанности

  • — Development of plans for current (corrective) maintenance (hereinafter referred to as MOT), long-term (preventive) MOT;
  • —  Ensuring that repair and maintenance work is completed in full, on time, with maximum efficiency and at minimal cost. Tracking progress on their implementation;
  • — Ensuring inventory management of spare parts, maintaining a critical minimum stock of spare parts, initiating the purchase of spare parts and consumables if necessary;
  • — Analysis of failures, breakdowns, increased wear and tear of equipment to determine the root cause for the development of preventive measures;
  • — Organization and control over the performance of equipment maintenance operations by external organizations;
  • — Analysis of the cost of equipment operation. Optimization of equipment maintenance costs;
  • — Manufacture and receipt of parts for equipment repair;
  • — Improvement of the equipment operation management system. Participation in the development of a plan for the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the enterprise. Implementation of investment projects;
  • — Organization of work on the development and implementation of standards and specifications for the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment;
  • — Carrying out activities for technical modernization, improving work efficiency, reducing costs and the level of marriage;
  • — Organization and control of the implementation of labor and production discipline, compliance with safety regulations;
  • — Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace, performing regular activities to organize the workspace (5S);
  • — Constant work on optimizing the structure of the service and improving the skills of its employees;
  • — Monitoring the development and compliance with equipment maintenance regulations;
