The J-Y(St)Y cable is used to transmit diagnostics and alarm signals, and is also used in the power supply circuits of alarm systems. It is intended for operation with a rated alternating voltage up to 300V with a frequency of 50 Hz.
It is installed inside buildings in cable channels, along the inner walls. Cables with an alumopolymer screen are used in places exposed to increased electrical noise.
