Cable terminations rek-1H-FU, rek-1H-А-FU, rek-1H-S-FU for control cables with PVC insulation.

Technical performance

Terminations are used for terminating control cables with PVC insulation (rek-1H), shielded (rek-1H-S) and armored with steel tapes (rek-1H-A) for a voltage of 0.6/1kV.

Termination set includes:

  1. Spade lugs manufactured by GPH;
  2. Special tapes;
  3. Heat-shrinkable tube with an adhesive layer;
  4. Grounding kit for metal cable parts (for rek-1H-S-FU and rek-1H-A-FU sets);
  5. Installation instructions.

Termination design

The conductors are terminated with insulated crimping lugs. To prevent moisture from entering the lug, water-repellent mastic is used. The space between the conductors is filled with water-repellent mastic.

The cable sheath end is sealed with mastic tape. For mechanical protection, a heat-shrinkable tube with an adhesive underlayer is used to provide additional sealing.

Grounding of the metal parts of the cable (for the rek-1H-S-FU and rek-1H-A-FU sets) is carried out by solderless method using spring rings.

rek-1H-FU termination is designed to terminate control cables with polyethylene or PVC insulation without armor.

rek-1H-S-FU termination is designed to terminate shielded control cables with polyethylene or PVC insulation without armor.

rek-1H-A-FU termination is designed to terminate control cables with polyethylene or PVC insulation with tape armor.

AKVVB, KVVBG, AKVVBbG, KVBbShv, KPVBG, AKPBbShv, etc.
